My dogs love this. Price is not great. it’s expensive but an excellent product. I use a a treat or a small amount as a topper on their food.

My puppy loves these. They are easy to break up and hide in her snuffle mat and they are stinky enough that she stays interested until she gets every last morsel. I fill one up when I put her in her pen for separation training. She easily goes in on her own - directly to the salmon treats in the snuffle mat and is distracted by it while I close her in and leave the room. It calms her enough that she rarely whines when she’s done eating them and just goes to sleep. The salmon-snuffle mat combo is also perfect for when we sit down for dinner because she’s usually a wild child around that time, but give her a mat filled with salmon and by the time she’s done, she’s calm and reasonable and ready to snuggle.

My Lab, Lucy loves this stuff. I give her this as her “appetizer” before she eats her dog food. She’s been eating this for years and loves it.

I asked for details. You told me : "We mitigate pathogens using a variety of kill-steps and we ensure the efficacy of our kill-steps by following up and testing each lot for E Coli, Salmonella, and Listeria. We don't release any lot for sale until we have confirmed negative test results for all 3." . I asked you if you tested for the fluke born bacteria carried by salmon, that bacteria which kills dogs. That bacteria which is potentially active in your product since we now know pursuant our good friend CHATGTP that your STATED process may not kill it. ""Nanophyetus salmincola is a parasitic flatworm that can infect salmon and other fish. It's known to have an infective stage (metacercaria) that can survive in cold and freezing temperatures, which are typical of the salmon's natural environment. Freeze-drying may not reliably kill these infective stages, as they are adapted to survive harsh environmental conditions. To ensure the safety of salmon regarding Nanophyetus salmincola and other parasites, it's essential to follow proper cooking guidelines and food safety regulations recommended by health authorities. Cooking salmon to appropriate temperatures (typically 145°F or 63°C) can help kill parasites and pathogens effectively. Additionally, freezing fish at sufficiently low temperatures (-4°F or -20°C) for a specified duration can also reduce parasite levels, but this may not eliminate all risks. This parasitic flatworm is known to carry and transmit a bacteria called Neorickettsia helminthoeca, which causes a serious disease in dogs known as salmon poisoning disease (SPD)." CHATGTP I asked if you if you tested for a KNOWN toxic bacteria for dogs that is carried by salmon. While the "FDA, and human grade" are irrelevant to this question, since that bacteria does not affect humans You said: "Our freeze-drying processes adhere to all FDA regulations, and the manufacturing plants in the USA are certified for USDA Human Grade raw material processing. We follow all necessary safety, sanitary, and testing protocols required to maintain these ongoing certifications while processing meats and fish for our PureBites treats. Regarding the safety of our products, we sample and test our materials at various steps throughout the process, with a particular emphasis on the final stage of packaging. We sample multiple bags from the beginning, middle, and end of each production run and have them tested by an independent lab to ensure the products are safe for our customers. Every lot number comes with lab reports, which clears it of any pathogens before it is released for sale to the public. Regrettably, I cannot provide you with a step-by-step account of the testing process or kill steps, as that information is proprietary." I am not asking you for your process. You previously told me you tested for 3 pathogens, then you say otherwise now, without being specific. I am asking if you actually test for this deadly bacteria in your salmon product, or if your processing is adequate to kill said bacteria. I will be requesting a refund.
