I haven’t found a better healthier easier-to-make post-workout protein meal, oat or otherwise. I go back to chocolate but have tried blueberry-banana and apple-cinnamon as well. No matter the flavor, I love the feeling throughout the day of a tough workout, (weights, running, cycling) followed by Meal One!

Love KOH and love these oats!!!!!! Fantastic protein for your 1st meal!! Had the blueberry and recently ordered the apple but have not tried yet. I take half the oats and add to my own oats so I get two servings out of one packet…( I like things less sweet). Don’t forget to check out the Kreatures of Habit podcast!!! The founder has an amazing story of self growth and truly motivates!!! So glad they finally got the product on Amazon so I could easily order and give the product a try!

I'm a fool. After ordering and eating KOH's oatmeal, I was instantly filled with regret for the decades I'd spent eating processed, sugar-filled packaged oatmeal packets or grinding through labor-intensive preparations for all-natural oats for flavorless, texture-challenged results. Kreatures of Habit's oatmeal is NEXT LEVEL. The preparation is incredibly quick, SUPER easy (add water, overnight in the fridge and you're done) and the result is a natural, DELICIOUS, protein-packed, beautifully textured bowl of elevated oats and other natural ingredients that I suspect will have other newbies feeling as regretful as I now feel for the years spent preparing and eating any other oatmeal product.
