Looks like used. Really bad build quality. The ID card slot was very dirty and the seller's card which was in it had left it's color on the transparent cover of the slot. Cannot remove the stain. The color is not even as shiny as it appears in the pictures. It looks like a discarded piece. Really bad experience.
