perfect quality. it came dry (only 12% humidity), it prints really easy, just almost like pla. no warping, no bed adhesion problems at all. It is not like any other PA I tried to use before.

I’ve had great experiences with Polymaker filaments, and Polymaker Fiberon PETG-RCF did not disappoint. Shipping was fast and the spool arrived in excellent condition. I chose this after trying Bambu’s version, which for me tended to collect and clump on the nozzle. Switching to Polymaker solved that issue completely. This filament printed cleanly and consistently, with no buildup problems. The added recycled carbon fiber gives noticeably improved stiffness compared to standard PETG, making it a great option for more structural or functional parts. Surface finish is excellent and it produces a very clean, professional, matte look with reduced layer lines. I ran this through the AMS system on my Bambu without any issues. That said, as with any fiber-filled filament, you should be aware that it can increase wear and carries some risk of brittleness or breakage in feeding systems. In my case, it ran perfectly fine, but it’s something to keep in mind. A hardened nozzle (and extruder gears) is required. Overall, this is a really nice PETG-CF filament and I would absolutely purchase it again for functional prints that need extra rigidity.

Prints look great with this filament. It hides layer lines well. Nice soft texture to prints. Prints easily, even my open-air printer. Makes very strong functional prints. Adhesion is good with layers, but can be brittle with smaller parts. Handles higher heat applications well. I did some parts for a diesel heater And they are both strong show zero signs of warping. It’s a shame the price is so high. I’d just se this as my go-to filament if it wasn’t so expensive!

Das Polymaker Fiberon PA6-GF Filament macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und eignet sich hervorragend für funktionale Bauteile mit erhöhten mechanischen Anforderungen. Die Glasfaserverstärkung sorgt für eine deutlich höhere Steifigkeit und Formstabilität im Vergleich zu normalem Nylon. Der Druck verlief bei mir sauber und gleichmäßig. Das Filament weist einen konstanten Durchmesser auf und ließ sich ohne Verstopfungen oder unregelmäßige Extrusion verarbeiten. Die gedruckten Teile sind sehr hart, verzugsarm und behalten auch unter Belastung zuverlässig ihre Form. Besonders positiv ist die Oberflächenqualität: Trotz Glasfaseranteil wirkt sie gleichmäßig und technisch sauber. Für Halterungen, mechanische Komponenten oder Teile mit Wärmebelastung ist dieses Material bestens geeignet. Hinweis / kleiner Nachteil: Aufgrund der Glasfaser sollte unbedingt eine gehärtete Düse verwendet werden, da Standard-Messingdüsen schnell verschleißen können. AMS-Kompatibilität: Das Filament ist grundsätzlich AMS-tauglich, sollte jedoch vor der Verwendung unbedingt gut getrocknet werden. Wie bei Nylon üblich reagiert das Material empfindlich auf Feuchtigkeit, weshalb ohne vorheriges Trocknen die Druckqualität leiden kann. Mit korrekt getrocknetem Filament lief der Druck im AMS bei mir jedoch zuverlässig. Fazit: Ein leistungsstarkes, professionelles Filament für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen. Wer funktionale und langlebige Druckteile benötigt, bekommt hier ein sehr gutes Material.
