Very good product, great quality, easy to use. I purchased it to monitor my baby at home, Worth buying it. really recommend it.

There is no point in having a WiFi baby monitor when it connecting it to the WiFi is an ordeal. Returning this and warning all other parents who want to access this camera from outside the house with their phone app to avoid buying this. Also there is no way to share this with your partner! The share device feature in the app does not work, so basically it’s either you or your partner who can see the video feed on the phone. It doesn’t matter if you have a 4K feed, or all those other features when the most basic and important functions of a baby monitor fail. What a waste of time…

Great camera for indoor use. Clear vision on the monitor and phone. Good sound, however doesn’t alert loud noise/crying very well.

Great item. Very easy to install and use.

Pros: Super sharp and crisp wide angle image. Really solid and well built - feels premium. I like how it focuses on the baby with the press of a button. Cons: speaker on the camera is abysmal, white noise and lullaby options are functionally useless. Camera weighs a ton and you can't clip it to a cot. Placing it on a shelf limits the view of the baby, defeating the purpose of the camera. Battery life is very average for how heavy it is Connection is choppy, the sound even breaks on the local monitor which again defeats the purpose of a baby monitor. The deal-breaker was that the app helped itself to 6GB of mobile data in 1 day. I disabled background use but it didn't help. I had to disable notifications which helped but for the last time, that defeats the purpose of the baby monitor. I really wanted to like it but it's not useful to us at all over a cheap alternative. Maybe for a 1-2 year old toddler but not at all for an infant.

So impressed with how well this is working. Great video quality, battery life and features. Temperature readings and noise alerts are great. Love that it’s both battery and wall socket powered. Exactly what we needed. Would recommend to anyone with a newborn.

Quería amar este monitor, tuve una versión anterior y funcionaba a la perfección hasta que se cayó y dejó de funcionar, decidí comprar la versión siguiente y dejó mucho que desear, falla mucho la conexión y todo el tiempo se está yendo la imagen, sin importar si está conectado o no a internet, el alcance es bastante poco y no da mucha tranquilidad que puede estar funcionando perfecto horas y luego de la nada se va la señal y se pierde el audio y/o video Se ha ido la señal varias veces en la noche sin avisar, solo no sirve el sonido y no te avisa, me he despertado escuchando el llanto (gritos) de mi bebé a través de la puerta porque el monitor dejó de funcionar. No lo recomiendo

Eufy are great products we have multiple cameras around our house and I’ve never had a problem with any definitely recommend the brand. However massively disappointed they sent me eu plugs in the box it shouldn’t be hard to work out if it’s perched in the UK to put the right plugs in the box.

Love this camera! It’s been very useful so far, picture is very clear and sound is great too, love that you can use it with the eufy sock too! The app works really well and it’s wonderful that you can see it from anywhere on your mobile device. Few things I didn’t love was the battery doesn’t last long so I just left it plugged in, the clamp it comes with isn’t great as the camera is super heavy so I ended up buying a $40 floor stand and that solved my issue. The crying detection is glitchy too. I still feel like the product is wonderful despite these few things.
