This product arrived in perfect condition. Ready to use after doing the set up procedures. Being used by a student in a homeschool atmosphere but could be used in any settings. Very satisfied with product

Great computer. Came good as new, just 90 cycles on the battery that must be from trials and inspection. No scratches, good as new MacBook Pro computer.

Seems like a good deal, but died after 6 months.
It seems like a good deal but 6 months later it died, seems like have some problem with a component in the mother board, and the keyboard flex. Not what I expected.

Stolen product will not replace item bad cheap company
The product was in old condition but that doesn't help if they sold me a laptop that was stolen from a school. Be Very careful when buying from JemJem they are NO Help whatsoever. They talk about we'll replace your item but once I told them that the laptop was not working and was configured to a school they refused to help. Horrible and unauthentic customer service! Worst decision I ever made! I would not put my faith in this it's like a lottery you'll win or lose and they don't help customers at all. They just sell stolen products that don't work
