I got this for gut issues I've been having and just started a week ago. So far I have not noticed improvement, but it is probably too soon to tell. However, I have not noticed any disturbance which some other supplements have caused. So that is good. I suspect these issues will not be resolved quickly or by a single supplement, so I'm willing to give this a couple of months because it appears to be a premium product, the blend is good, all the things in it should work well, it's a good value. I will update the review if progress is made
