delivered on time..great product..very useful is disinfecting all the corners of the house. steam is very powerful.

I am a pet owner and I find it useful to clean the litter box. The tank contains enough water to complete a full clean of all the litter box components

very helpful in reducing your effort in cleaning but it is not a magic as they shows in their advertisement videos. however, it is helping a lot in making the dirt becomes soft for easy cleaning

Started ok. Was effective on the grill initially Then effectiveness/heating dropped. I could pass my hand in front of the stream stream. Also the window squeegee accessory lip that should lock it in place was missing on the right side. Returned it. Really disappointed

It is very easy to use and because it is handheld and has a very long ppwer cord, it gives you more flexibility in using it on tight spaces

I had a big expectation for this tool, however, I was a little bit disappointed, since it didn't fulfil my needs. Look at it as a small device that blows hot water steam, nothing more nothing less! it won't do any magic when it comes to cleaning real dirts!

It does clean very well. It is powerful if you want to remove dirt from your tiles , windows

La verdad estoy sorprendido. Es pequeña pero muy funcional y tiene muy buena presión y volumen de vapor. Viene con algunos aditamentos que ayudan a facilitar los trabajos de limpieza. Me hubiera gustado que el gatillo de liberación de vapor estuviera en otro sitio un poco más accesible pero no es gran problema. Satisfecho con la relación calidad precio y su buena funcionalidad y tamaño

Bissell is a household name but my steamer worked only once and never again. I would like a refund and do not want to risk another.

Easy to setup, easy to use and seems to do the job. It's not a miracle worker so don't expect to suddenly be able to remove those impossible marks/stains. However, it does make certain jobs easier which otherwise require chemicals or elbow grease. For those complaining it's broken because you can't unscrew the cap, you need to wait for it to COOL DOWN FIRST. It literally says that in the manual, it's a safety feature so you don't end up with steam in your face.
