The zippers are smooth and operated seemlessly - partly due to the flexability of the luggagge material itself that allowed for a bit of over-packing. Once the zippers were closed, they did not split open; the caseitself flexed to accomodate for the overpacking. Visually, the luggage was easy to spot on the carousal and when you're standing there with all your luggage looking the same - it's a tad less likely that someone is going to pick up one of your cases by accident. The result of that wear and tear of just one trip was no scuffs, no dents, perfectly operational zippers and wheels ready to the next trip we can throw at the set.
