Good insoles
Does help with foot support and comfort, however if you aren't used to the high arch it may be uncomfortable until you can get used to it. Does not slip.

Fit perfectly in my sneakers and relieved my plantar fasciitis
After walking too many miles in sneakers with little arch support, I started experiencing high arch pain. Based on many videos, I self diagnosed myself with Plantar Fasciitis and decided to try this pair of insoles. I'm a 9.5 sneaker and these medium insoles fit perfectly, without having to trim or pull out the existing (rather flat) insoles. The insoles are snug and don't shift at all. I was afraid that the insoles would be too thick, but loosening the laces did the trick. I walked a few miles with the insoles and the arch support feels great with a lot more cushioning in the heel and forefoot. This is only the first trial, but I feel fairly confident that these insoles have saved my feet from further pain and my sneakers from the scrap heap. I was also very satisfied with the quality of the insoles, for the price - it's a great value!

Good enough
These are high quality insoles for the price that they are. There’s only so much you can do with a $10 product. I wear them to work as a team member at Target for fulfillment and inbound. I’m on my feet all day and moving in all directions. My feet hurt less with these, but they slip around a little. I’m a female, 5’7” over 200 lbs and they work for now.

Happy feet
Very comfortable and got my pep back in my step. Loving them. I will be buying more to put in the rest of my shoes and boots. Perfect to size also, And they do stay in place. Easy to put in. They are perfect thickness and firmness. the pain in my back seem to be fadingaway....

Really seemed to help my wife out and the price was really good.
I got these for my wife who was sure she had Plantar Fasciitis and she has been using them for about a month. She seems to have significantly less foot pain since we got them. They slipped right in easily and provide good arch support and pain relief.
