It’s been 4 days on it and let me tell you I’m not constantly thinking about food anymore ! It has really cut my appetite and snack cravings through out the day. I take 2 every morning on an empty stomach with my coffee and I don’t start to feel hungry until about 12ish and then when I eat I get full fast. I also don’t have any symptoms from it. No fast heart beat or nausea feeling like other weight loss meds. I’m so excited for this product. It’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money in my opinion. I just hope it continues to work! I will be buying another bottle in a few weeks to continue this journey.

Before purchasing this item I read all the reviews whether they're here on Amazon or in other sites, 50% of reviews were good the other 50% did not make a difference for any of them. But I figure if I try it maybe I'd be on the good side of the 50%, I WAS TOTALLY WRONG, this was a total loss. It did not help with cravings at all, it did not curve my appetite in fact I believe it increased my appetite. I know that doesn't make sense but it honestly did I will take as directed but still found myself eating a meal and still looking for something to satisfy my hunger. I'm trying to explore all options and my weight loss journey it's sad that I lost $90 over this but at least now I know that it did not work for me. So I'm on to the next hopefully I'll find something. It's a 50/50 chance with these I hope it works for the next person on their weight loss journey... 🤞🏼

I had never heard of this product until I visited my friend's house last month (she’s lost over 10 lbs and swears by it). I’m very skeptical of supplements brands in general but thought I had nothing to lose and like to try and start the New year with a game plan. So, after reading all the scientific reports and clinical trials on the 3 key ingredients, I purchased them. There is substantial information on all the trials that reassured me of the science and efficacy. I also appreciated the transparency in sharing this information online. Firstly, I didn’t buy this for weight loss. I was more concerned around cravings and naturally increasing my GLP-1 levels as I know they go down the more we age. I also know that lifestyle factors can contribute to that decline. I obviously have no idea to track GLP-1 in my body but I can attest to a reduction in food noise overall. Less cravings in the afternoon and overall satiety after and before meals. Overall, I’m very pleased and honestly surprised.

This is a very good product. I have not had any side effects to it. It actually take away the cravings. I will repurchase this again.

I have been taking these for over two weeks and haven't noticed any difference in weight or cravings. I don't drink alcohol and I don't eat a bunch of sugary snacks, I was just wanting to take off a few stubborn pounds. Was hoping this would take away my salty cravings and make my appetite smaller. I take them first thing in the morning before eating. They do not seem to contain any caffeine or stimulants that make me jittery. As a matter of fact, I've noticed zero difference since I started taking them. Considering the price of this supplement, I expected something and instead I got nothing. Do not waste your money. I would never purchase this again...such a waste of almost $80 because you cannot return them!

Using it for almost 3 weeks and haven’t really noticed a huge difference. In the beginning it curbed my cravings but lately it doesn’t seem to be as effective. I haven’t shed any lbs yet. Frustrated. Pills are large and you take 2 a day.

Alrighty, I’ve waited for 3 months to leave this review, but here’s what I wish I could have read before purchasing (non sponsored review): This works wonders, but you have to take it for a few months to feel the benefits of it which is a definite deterrent due to the price point. I’m going into my fourth month of use and my appetite is absolutely better. I don’t think about food in between meals, and it’s made eating on a calorie deficit much easier without the urge to eat when I’m bored or overeat. I’ve lost 6 or so pounds already, BUT it really didn’t do anything for me in the first two months. If you have the patience and budget to wait on this then I think it makes a great addition to your wellness/weight loss routine, but if you’re hesitant about the price then I’d say you can probably skip it and find something more affordable that works similarly. I’m giving four stars because it does do what’s advertised, but I think asking for a $160 investment initially before they even start to be effective is a crazy ask. If I repurchase I’ll do what I did the first time and wait for them to be heavily discounted before buying a few bottles at a time.

I was hesitant to purchase anything regarding GLP-1, and I don’t like being “influenced” however, knowing how Kourtney Kardashian lives her life very “crunchy” I gave this a shot. I didn’t want all the weird side effects from Ozempic or all the other weight loss drugs. This works, it helps reduce the cravings and keep you filling full. You still need to exercise to lose weight, but at least the cravings stopped and I have a better relationship with food. Overall very happy, but I had to add a fiber supplement to help with constipation.
