Bose quite comfort ear cups, gel inners.
Less sweat, much cooler ear pads, I honestly love them. Maybe improve on the designs? Solid product! More neutral colors , maybe my personal preference. They snap right on in as designed, I had no issue installing. I didn’t have to replace the mesh in the inner part since it was fine, can’t really comment on that part.

Best upgrade
I've been using these earpads daily for 7 months at the time of this review. Ok, so I run warm, and when I sweat, my head and hair are the first parts of my body to become wet. With the factory earpads, after about 6 months of use, small perforations formed in the leather-like surface of the pads. Then they would seem to absorb liquid almost like a sponge, to the point where the headphones would become noticeably heavier, take forever to dry, and would start to stink. (Gross, I know, sorry lol.) I only say that to illustrate the remarkable improvement that these earpads bring to the table. They do feel cool and comfortable when you put them on, but they do eventually get warm. However, it seems that only the very top layer is able to be saturated, meaning that a quick wipe on a towel wicks 99% of the moisture away from the earpads. In terms of comfort, I regularly wear the headphones for upwards of 10 hours per day, with little to no soreness. Obviously high quality materials, cause they look just like they did the day I got them. The noise isolation is the same or better than the stock pads. I've also gotten compliments from strangers about how they look. Definitely a great ROI in terms of price, performance & convenience.

Breathable fabric is way better that synthetic leather pads
This is a really good replacement ear pads. I just received them a few days back. I've been using them they feel very comfortable and of really high quality. The only thing I want to point out is that the gel pads a rather firm ( not being negative) and a bit hard to close the Bose protective case. To me it's understandable because I am getting a better quality ear pads. The installation was fairly straightforward as shown in the video. The assembled well and there are no gaps or seams, confirming that they are true to size to fit the Q C Ultra headphones

Great product, few flaws
Pros: Comfy, breathable. Doesn’t get slippery with sweat. Great for walks in the summer/any hot season or condition. The breathable material can soak up sweat. Combined with the cooling gel it feels very cool and, oddly, crisp. The leather wrapped around the sides is effective at blocking out noise. Very very similar to the base ear pads. Cons: They are significantly firmer than the base ear pads, more like memory foam. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it does take some time to get used to. They are very thick; headphones won’t fit in the case while the wicked cushions are attached. You will probably have to do some adjustments to get the fit just right after installing these pads. The bottom line: these are great for if you sweat a lot and or if you live in a hot area. But keep in mind that they might not be perfect right away, and they will render your case useless. But you could always buy another case.

Worth it
Better than stock. Has more room for my ears, and is nice and cool even after having been taken off for only a few minutes. The noise cancellation isn't really affected that much, from what I've noticed, but I wear mine in a tight fit with my hair brushed out of the way. The price is actually quite competitive. Bose wanted 30 bucks for a replacement pair of earcups once the stock pair it came with began to fall apart at the seams (the imitation leather cover over the foam was glued together instead of stitched, a bad choice for something exposed to human body heat and moisture from sweat for prolonged periods...), and I got these for 25. They were easy to replace, too. Just follow along with the instructional video. It took me maybe 5 minutes to uninstall the stock earcups and replace them with the WC ones, and I don't even have any fingernails (keep nibbling them off, bad habit). Other buyers have said that it was totally compromised, but this might be a case of user error, bias, or perhaps quality control issues, so be warned: your milage may vary.

Comfortable and cool, but breaks noise cancellation
These headphone pad replacements were very easy to install. They are bigger and cushier than the originals, which in my opinion makes them more comfortable. The downside from the extra padding is that they don’t fit in the original case anymore. Update: I have been using these for a couple of weeks now. In that time, I have noticed that the noise cancellation is almost nonfunctional with these pads.

Great for bigger ears and surprisingly keeps your ear cool
These replacement earpads are excellent; they help keep your ears cool and provide a bit more ear space. If you have larger ears, I highly recommend them. This is the second pair I have purchased, the first for myself and the second for my son.
