I asked her about it and she said very sadly, that it seemed to have a poor power corddesign after about four months cord was very positional and stopped operating the unit. I have tried to contact the manufacturing customer service with no response. It is difficult to find their customer support. I then tried to contact desertcart because it has a one year warranty, but I got no reply. In the pictures, you can see that the plug gets bent when moving it in different positions and it would’ve been better suitable suited to have a L shaped charger into the unit! Very disappointed I wish I would have read more reviews on this product and I probably would not have bought it! So Buyer beware!
