Q: Does anyone know if there is a half inch version of this?

If you remove the nuts the thread is 1/2’’ BSP

Q: Is the finish shiny chrome? It looks dull in the photo. As it will be seen and needs to match the other pipes.

A good valve but the finish is not a bright chrome it's more of a polished satin

Q: Is there a way to add this to a pre-existing isolation valve? I bought this t valve as a splitter, expecting it to have a female connection.

All 3 connections are for 15mm copper pipe with an olive and secured with the compression nut. You need to use a short piece of copper pipe to connect this tee to your existing isolation valve.
