UPDATED (original review below): I was contacted by their customer support and was offered a replacement that has been working flawlessly so far. I applaud their support team, as they responded quickly and got my replacement delivered within 3 days, so please don't hesitate to contact them with any problems as they are very nice and understanding. As for the product, it charges from 0-100% in around 3 hours with a 100W adapter. Just be aware that you do need to use it right out of the box until it dies before charging it to 100% in order to get an accurate percentage display. Also, for some reason their gallery on Amazon says that "type-c1" is 100W input/output, but it's actually "type-c2" that outputs 100W. I recently used this for camping and it was able to keep my phone and my friend's devices charged with plenty more power to spare. I am also planning on bringing this to school to keep in my locker since it charges my laptop very fast. The powerbank does feel warm when charging but it's normal since it is fast charging. Overall, I do very much recommend this product, especially when it's on sale, since it's the same price with other powerbanks that has 1/3 of the capacity that this one has. It is a little bit bigger and heavier, but definitely better than bringing a heavy portable power station if you don't need an AC output. At first, I was disappointed with the product I originally got because it felt like it wasn't worth it for the price, but their customer service team made sure that I was completely satisfied with the product. --- ORIGINAL: I've been using this product for more than 2 months and it definitely isn't 72000mAh, more like half or even less. My 4200mAh laptop draws 65W, and only got out 5 charging cycles out of this powerbank. Tried it with my iPhone 13 mini, and it only got through 9 cycles. I don't know if I just got a dud, but either way it isn't worth the $60+ price tag. There are well-known powerbank brands that sells better deals with the same price. Sucks that I can't return it now.

Picked this up to run the Starlink Mini and it works great! Of note, only the USB C2 port seems to supply enough power for the Mini to boot up. I get about 9-10hrs of continuous usage. The Mini reports its drawing 20-22W, giving the bank a usable capacity of about 220Wh so not quite the 266Wh claimed on the specs but plenty for my needs.

This power bank is just fantastic I think it’s more for a home or to take camping then carrying around in your backpack with your computer as it was quite heavy , but I’m gonna definitely give it a shot. It is slow to recharge it but worth the wait. I might get a smaller one for my backpack but this is really really good Buy to keep around the home and for travel trips. A excellent find

Great power pack, large capacity. Still fits in the side pocket of my bag. My only complaint is it is a little slow to charge.

Energy QC 72000mah Power Bank is amazing. We use IR cameras and monitors through the night and very often our current (no pun intended) battery packs run out within 6 hours because the displays use 12 volts. We have been using this 72000 to run two displays and two cameras for 10 hours shifts and it still has 21%! It recharges in about 3 hours. If they go in safe we will buy at least 6 more right away.
