This door access control system has worked very well for us. The manual is easy to understand yet detailed enough to cover all the bases. Tech support was helpful and responsive. The software to run the system seems to be windows xp generation but for a door access control system this inexpensive - not surprising.

I installed two of these on exterior doors of a large multi-room production facility and they work great. The only issues I've had were ones i created myself from not understanding how to program it correctly.The robust access controls are especially nice for setting up different access times for employees, management, delivery drivers, etc. Access can be set as PIN, proximity key fob, or both. The key fobs are very handy for employees. No more having to stop everything to go open doors for people!We don't use the logging feature regularly, but it's nice to have if needed to see who opened a door and when they did. There is also functionality for connecting external overrides such as fire alarm systems so you won't have OSHA or building code violations!There was a bit of a learning curve, but once you learn to operate the system, door control is highly customizable. Best of all it's a truly standalone system that doesn't use or rely on an internet connection and has no monthly subscription fees! Very happy with this system and the protection it provides.

Works perfectly for two doors , easy to install and set up in the computer

We have purchased 3 Access Control Systems with Latch Locks. The first was installed in 2020, the second in 2023 and the third in 2025. We purchased the additional systems because the first system was (1) reliable, (2) flexible and (3) an excellent value. Most importantly, however, was the prompt, outstanding CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The Company lives up to its motto of "Support you forever".Be forewarned: there is a learning curve with configuring, installing and programming the system. It will take time to learn. However, the video tutorials and prompt customer support, make the job manageable and the final result is well worth the effort... obviously, since we bought 3 systems, and will again in the future.

It gives us exactly the control and oversight we need without being overly complicated.What really sets this system apart, though, is the customer service. The support team has been outstanding, especially when we needed help with a specific project charge related to our setup. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference.Overall, this has been a great investment for our office. Highly recommend!

I have this product at one of my locations and will be implementing it at 2 more of my locations. Technical support helped with the setup and walked me through all configuration issues and explained what the problem was during the process. Responded in a timely manner. Recommend this product

I sent an email for assistance and the response was immediate and solved my issue every time. Chen Wood is awesome. However, it would be great if I was able to configure the device through the browser remotely and not just the software.
