It definitely needs either a thicker layer of adhesive or a second layer. After heating and applying the supplied layer it fell right off as there wasn’t enough contact. Luckily I had some spare adhesive from another trim I had purchased so I cut a bit of that and used it as a second layer and it worked fine. Looks really effective once installed.

The cover was in really nice condition and looks very good but the adhesive was not sticky enough and was too thin. Only some of it touched the plastic beneath so it just falls off when driving. I even cleaned the area before applying it. But besides that it’s very good

Cannot get the old one out to replace it…

Good colour matches the m sport trim is easy to install, but make sure you clean of any residue from the car first as there may be dirt or car polish on the car and it won’t stick. It sometimes helps to heat upthese products first to help the adhesive process.I would suggest to the supplier to add better glue as the actual sticking area is so small, for the product going forward.

Does not stick to the start stop button. And it keeps dropping off when am driving. Don't get this product

Really enhances the look of the starter button. Looks quality. Needed a little bit of sanding with fine sand paper...circular motion to keep same level as original. Easy to do and fits like a glove now. Sticks perfectly. Others may have bottomed out, which is why the adhesive pad probably wasn't in contact with the button surround and led to their problems.Would thoroughly recommend as a great enhancement.
