I know that to potentially lengthen telomeres naturally, focus on a healthy lifestyle that includes a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, regular exercise, stress management techniques, and adequate sleep. I have starteded doing these things about three months ago. I figure by taking the supplement will assist me with my goals along with my lifestyle change. I have only been taking the supplement for about a month now. I will need to keep taking the supplement for another month or two to give a real analysis, but I can say that I feel great. Easy to swallow. I will try to describe. It is like your mind it’s not as exhausted you can focus more clearly on things. I like the product so far have been taking it twice a week. Will rate it as five as 5 if the effects continue on the 2nd bottle. ✨
