Keeps me calm from my anxieties. Works ok.

This is amazing for better sleep quality especially when paired with Magnesium glycinate. I highly recommend this brand. The Suntheanine seems to absorb better than regular L-theanine.

I believe that I may have elevated cortisol levels, especially during allergy season and the heat of summer, that causes extreme reactions that leave me itching and hurting. I’ve been trying this to see if it helps. So far, I believe the results are good and the price isn’t bad, especially for the Suntheanine version of l-theanine. I do sometimes feel a bit tired, but some coffee seems to do the trick. I’m satisfied with this Swanson product.

I purchased this to help me sleep, however after several nights taking 1 or 2 pills I haven’t noticed any difference. My understanding is they would relax you and would help with sleep. Perhaps it works differently on each person.

Waste of money. This is “supposed” to be better than regular L-theanine but did not feel ANYTHING at all. Who knows if this is even real suntheanine. Even tried 4 capsules and NOTHING. Disappointed .
