Very nice product, nice texture, very aromatic. Not a huge fan of the bag; small opening and powder gets into the press-and-seal. A conventional coffee bag would be much easier to use. I enjoy this in my coffee and in Greek yogurt. I prefer cacao over cocoa for the health benefits (lowering blood pressure, improving insulin sensitivity, improving memory and cognitive performance). I use it daily. Highly recommend.

This is my second purchase, love this cocoa. Great taste, perfect for baking or hot chocolate.

Great taste, but the grinding needs improvement because it still has some micro nibbles in it. I get some when I make hot cocoa

It tastes sour. It is not as good as another brand I usually buy from Netherlands. Amazon won’t let me I return this, it’s a waste of money. I will think again if I need to try a new brand. So disappointed.

So disappointed in this product! I had made my own healthy version of hot cocoa mix at my daughter’s house & used her cacao powder (different brand) & it turned out great! THIS HAS A STRANGE SMELL RIGHT OUT OF THE BAG, & IT DOESN’T EVEN DISSOLVE ALL THE WAY LEAVING LIKE A HEAVY RESIDUE WITH LITTLE SPECS OF CACAO AT THE BOTTOM OF MY CUP.

Love it. It is delicious. Only complaint, the bag makes it hard to get to as you’re nearer the end.

The flavor is good, nothing that is unforgettable. My biggest issue is grainyness. I made chocolate syrup, and it is like eating and drinking grit. This may be a good baking cacao, but I don't recommend for drinks or toppings.
