Lovely result, good grey coverage.

Different formula
Only hair dye I've ever used but now need to find a new brand. The formula is totally different and doesn't cover the grey fully also the colour isn't as dark brown as it used to be. I'm also wondering if the conditioner has changed too as my hair wasn't as soft and shiny after either. So disappointed in the formula change and definitely wouldn't use it again.

Not bad, but….
I’ve used this shade quite a few times now. Although I appreciate it is semi permanent, it doesn’t last the advertised amount of washes. I wash my hair 1/2 times a week and find after 3 weeks it needs redoing. For the price it’s not terrible but would ideally like to not have to do my hair so often!! Also the gloss conditioner included is tiny, no where near enough to cover my whole hair! Overall not bad for the price point

Disappointing and drying
I had been using this product for years. I believe they have changed the formula and now the colour leaves your hair so dry you cannot even run your fingers through it. I have switched to another brand.
