I purchased due to surgery and not being able to totally lie down. Will continue to use for reading and computer work. No more propping up on 3 or 4 pillows. I ordered one for my granddaughter so I could keep mine! Review: Exactly what I was looking for! - I have chronic back and neck issues so I wanted a pillow for reading, gaming, typing, etc on the couch or in bed. This pillow is so comfortable and supportive! The little pillow supports my neck so well, but it’s also removable if I want to adjust my position. So good for back and neck pain and really helps my posture. My old typical reading pillow was too short and the arms didn’t have any support, but this one is tall enough to rest my entire back and head comfortably and the arms are super sturdy, allowing me to rest my elbows and forearms without worry. It’s almost like sitting in an armchair. The pockets are spacious and convenient, although I keep forgetting they’re there so haven’t utilized them yet. I love the handle on top for easy transport. The material is super soft, cozy, and I like the texture. It’s aesthetically pleasing and easy to blend in with furniture. Haven’t washed yet to determine how easy it is to put the cover back on. I got a size XL even though I’m only 5’2” because I wanted the arms to be tall enough to allow me to use a laptop and game in a comfortable, natural position without having to lower my arms into an awkward angle or slouch down. This size worked out perfectly! A couple of things to be aware of: If you have pets the material does cling to hair. A mini vac works well though. Also, since it’s very large and sturdy (which is the whole point lol), it makes it hard to store in small spaces. ## Features - [Luxurious 2-Layer Composite Design]: ENITYA back pillow is the first to incorporate a multi-layer foam composite design. My Boppy fits perfectly on top of the armrests, which puts baby at the perfect height and makes feeding so much more comfortable. It’s soft and supportive, and I really appreciate the adjustable headrest/neck support, especially during longer feeds. It’s also easy enough to carry back and forth from the couch to the bedroom, which I do constantly. I use this every single day and honestly wish I had bought it sooner! ## Frequently Bought Together - ENITYA Reading Pillow for Sitting in Bed Adult, XL Back Pillow for Bed Sitting up, Back Support Chair Pillow for Sitting up/Watching TV/Reading/Gaming/Resting/Post Surgery,Dark Grey - Bespilow Extra Large Reading & Gaming Pillow with Coaster - Adjustable Lap Desk for Reading, Gaming, Working & Writing, Arm Rest for Adults on Bed/Sofa/Floor/Couch, Ideal for Switch Gaming - ENITYA Reading Pillow for Sitting in Bed Adult, Back Pillow for Bed Sitting up, Backrest Cushion for Lounging/Reading/Gaming/Resting/Watching TV, Bedrest, Couch or Floor, Medium 19"(Grey) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/688587142-enitya-22-xl-back-pillow-for-bed-sitting-up-armrests](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/688587142-enitya-22-xl-back-pillow-for-bed-sitting-up-armrests) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
