This charcoal really helped my family get through a stomach bug that had been going around. It has no taste and the capsules are easy to open-up and pour into a beverage for simpler consumption. The size was more than enough for a family of 6 adults who took two pills in the morning and evening for 3-4 days! I purchased this activated charcoal to have on hand if needed and today I really needed it. I have had an upset stomach for about a day and tried apple cider vinegar gummies and mint tea, both which have helped in the past. They were no help and I was feeling worse. They look like better quality than the charcoal I have used in the past - the charcoal is dark and the capsules are on the large side. Have used this product on numerous occasions and it really works. Have also tried other binders and Takesumi bamboo charcoal far exceeds the quality and swiftness of action of the other binders I have tried. I have used for food poisoning, general stomach ailments and during times of body detox. Do not hesitate to buy.

Honestly this is better than what I had before. The powder is very fine and works great. I do open the capsule and mix it with water and I found a few so far that have nothing in them however these work perfectly so hopefully that was only a fluke.

It is second order for me. I have known about activated charcoal before, but this is different. Not only it solves my stomch irregularity, it also give me lighter body with more energy. I sleep better, even though I wake up few times, it make me go back to sleep a lot easier.

This is good in case your dog or cat eats something harmful, make them vomit using hydrogen peroxide then follow up with the activating charcoal
