Won’t turn on.
Item won’t turn on. Bought it early as a gift. Finally gave the child but it won’t turn on. Update: I commented and thought that was the end of it. Customer Service DERUI-US reached out to me and sent several messages to sort out the issue. They were willing to send a replacement but thankfully one of the troubleshooting steps worked. Save the hassle of waiting for a replacement!!!! Grateful for the prompt and friendly assistance. My child loves her watch!

Good until it wasnt...but customer service came through
My son was enjoying the gift but accidentally dropped it and the screen cracked like a cell phone would... why would Santa make a watch for kids with a delicate screen... 🤔 ***update customer service was fantastic and actually replaced the item! Tricky thing was explaining how he got a replacement 😆

Not for 11-12 yr olds
I bought this for an 11 yr old grandson but it is too simple and small for an 11-12 yr old. I ended up giving it to a 6 yr old and it is perfect for that age and he loves it.
