Actually a H910 (not a H910a) but works well with Cricket
I bought this phone to use on Cricket and it works well. I've never purchased a refurbished phone before, but I thought I'd try my luck here with Amazon standing behind it, and it being "certified refurbished". The seller generated a tracking label several days before actually shipping the phone, but it did arrive in under a week. It was shipped USPS in a small, under-padded envelope. The bad news: This is not an H910a. Instead, it is an unlocked H910. What does that mean? That means that the phone has an AT&T logo on the back, and come with all of the AT&T apps pre-installed on the phone. I really wish this was the H910a, or that I knew how to remove all of the AT&T stuff. The "AT&T Messages Backup & Sync" warning in the messaging application drives me crazy. It keeps popping up when I open messaging, even though I have the setting set to "Not now". The phone is pretty much flawless. If I looked really, really close, I could see two really tiny scratches on the screen, but they were unnoticeable once I had my supershieldz screen protector installed. The battery seems to be fine, but time will tell on that. The included quick charger is nice and appears to be genuine LG, but the USB cable doesn't seem to be very thick, so I'm wondering if it's aftermarket. I haven't tried either the cable of the charger yet. This phone is really fast, has great internal storage, the fingerprint reader is really convenient, the camera works well and the second screen is useful too. I especially love having the two features that I was missing from my previous phone: a replaceable battery and the IR Blaster. The shape and size of the phone is really nice. I put a Spigen Rugged Armor case on the phone, and use the Encased belt clip holster to hold it. My experience with the seller was less than wonderful. I contacted them, asking about the H910 versus H910a, and if they had info about disabling the AT&T apps, but they told me that they offer no support. They said that my phone is under warranty if I wish to return it.... Luckily, I do not wish to return it, as this phone is awesome!

Great media phone
I bought this phone for three reasons. 1 - 64 bit upgrade from my Note 4. 2 - Removable battery. 3 - Has an official Lineage OS release. Unfortunately this phone has a 2 + 2 processor compared to the Note 4's 4 + 4 so gaming was not a large step up. Then I found many errors with the Lineage OS release so i reverted to a rooted stock with apps disabled such as Facebook. As i began feeling discouraged at my purchase i decided to check out the advanced DAC audio that i recently discovered in this phone that only seems to work with the stock LG OS. Wow.... I have never heard any source of music that was this full and detailed, and that was just with a 96kbps mp3 on Apple wired headphones that came with an older phone. I have now invested in an advanced set of earphones (that have not yet arrived) and i am in the process of converting all of my CD's to FLAC format for the best experience. The DAC hardware is more advanced that most or all $200+ external systems i have looked up. I have no complaints on the sound connected to external speaker systems, and Bluetooth is still limited by lossy compression, but this phone really shines with a good headset or ear buds. For a powerhouse gaming phone i would look elsewhere, but if you value listening to music do not pass up this phone.

TWO PHONES - Not Quality Tested Before Release - Zero Loudspeaker Sound / Wrong Carrier
PHONE #1 PROS: ►Phone arrived well packaged and protected ►No wear noticeable on the phone, only slight wear on the charger ►Phone was snappy with speed ►Immediately connected with AT&T's network (could not verify 4G LTE) ►Free gift (a toy), will not say it was because your experience may be different CONS: ►Battery Charger: first sign there was a lack of quality check, as soon as it was plugged in it said that it was not "compatible with the phone" ►Loudspeaker: The loudspeaker never really fired at any volume. The earpiece was louder than the loud speaker. I did the basic trouble shooting steps (removed sims/SD card, removed battery, looked for obstructions, left the cover off). ►Battery: The battery quickly discharged. I let the battery discharge and then recharged it (the purpose was to give the battery the benefit of the doubt that it had to do a bunch of background downloading to sync the phone, but over night it was discharging at about 10% per hour. OTHER TESTS: Did not test other functions as they above were deal killers for me. I will update once these are tested. OUTCOME: I opted to file a return with the vendor. Hopefully the vendor/seller will take this feedback to ensure better testing before sending out product. I immediately ordered another unit from the same seller. (Was a little disappointed that the first order only took 3 day to arrive, but will take 5 days to order the next unit). Will update once new unit arrives and refund is made. UPDATE 2019-07-19 PHONE #2 (Replacement for Order #1) CONS: ►Phone came as A Sprint Phone instead of an AT&T unlocked phone WORD OF WARNING: If you're seller is "DailySales" you are probably in for some quality problems. (Yes I contacted the seller)
