Good pack size
Bought this as a special ingredient suggested by a Delia Smith recipe. Good pack size and easy to use in the mixing . No complaints with the quality of the flour, tasted good too. Not sure if I would buy it again purely because of the price per weight, but a good ingredient for specialist dishes.

Very good coconut milk
Tastes great and lasts a long time. No hidden nasty chemicals in the mix. I use this in my coffee and is easy to stir in. Dissolves very well and leaves a nice texture.

Great flavour and really handy to have in the cupboard
I use this mainly for curries and smoothies - it gives a lovely coconut flavour without having to open a full tin. It mixes in nicely with hot dishes and adds a creamy touch to sauces. Sometimes when I use shop-bought Pasanda or Korma sauces, I like to give them a bit more coconut flavour at the end. I just mix about 3 heaped tablespoons of this powder with a tiny splash of boiling water and a teaspoon of sugar, then stir it into the curry - I like them coconutty and slightly sweet! Works perfectly every time. Also great for coconut rice, baking, or even smoothies. Not 100% pure coconut (it’s got maltodextrin like most powdered versions), but still great quality and really convenient to keep in the cupboard. Would recommend

Very good as a coffee creamer
After becoming intolerant to milk I tried various milk alternatives and settled on the Almond milk alternative, with Coconut milk being my next favourite. While I have no issue with using the cartons at home, at work I rarely would go through a carton in a week. So I tried looking for dairy free creamers that didn't require refrigeration and came across this. I initially tried mixing this in my coffee with a teaspoon, but despite plenty of stirring, I ended up with what looked like curdled milk in my coffee. Despite the appearance, it tastes fine just like using coconut from a carton. For curiosity, I tried using an electric milk heater/frother by filling it to the 'max' with cold water and adding a teaspoon of this milk powder. Although it does not froth, it fully dissolves the powder and in the time it takes for the Senseo machine to brew a cup of coffee, the coconut milk is ready to add. Unlike dairy milk, it does not leave any residue in the frother, so just needs a quick rinse after use. After a few weeks of using this, I quite like the taste in coffee, far better than the creamers I've used at waiting rooms and hotel bedrooms. I will continue to purchase this going forward. The only minor issues I found is that it cannot be frothed to make a cappuccino and it will not dissolve in cold water, even with the milk frother on its cold setting.

Good for cooking but not good for drinking in teas
Smelled divine, tastes superb for cooking. but I wanted it in teas and matchas, thin liquids and I could not easily get it to dissolve to a smooth consistency like regular milk. It would be great for smoothies maybe and fantastic in curries. good shelf life too.

Oh wow. Delicious mmmm
This is one of the best powders I have found/used. Very tasty and creamy and dissolves well in hot or cold fluid. I use in curries, al la vodka sauce and desserts etc etc Great value and packet seals well. Will buy again 😊. Thank you
