My husband loves this ANDELI welder. He uses it for small stainless and aluminum projects. The digital screen is clear, controls are intuitive, and settings can be saved. I use this TIG welding machine regularly in my workshop and it delivers consistent results across various metals including aluminum and stainless steel and its dual voltage capability allows me to switch between power sources. My projects benefit from the pulse and cold welding modes which minimize distortion and produce clean welds and the large LCD display makes adjusting settings simple. I like the machine’s portability despite its solid build and it handles both thin and thicker materials with precision with smooth arcs and minimal spatter. My welding sessions are more efficient with this machine and it adapts well to different environments making it a dependable tool.

Great welder and very user friendly

The welder works great for the price, but the tig torch switch sometimes won’t initiate arc regardless of what I do, just won’t start! I have tried to contact manufacturer and all my emails have been ignored! Update: manufacturer contacted me and provided me with the help I needed and went above and beyond trying and o fix my problem with the welding tig torch!

I’ve been welding for over 20 years, mostly stick and MIG, and picked up this ANDELI Welder to work on small stainless and aluminum jobs. The arc is smooth and starts every time without sticking. I really like the pulse and cold TIG functions — perfect for thin sheet metal. The digital display is bright and easy to read, and the controls make sense even if you’re not a tech guy. It’s a solid, well-built unit that feels like it will last. For the price, you just can’t beat the performance.

I’ve run Miller and Lincoln welders most of my career, and honestly this little ANDELI surprised me. The AC/DC TIG works beautifully on aluminum and stainless, and the dual-voltage option makes it perfect for my home garage. It runs quietly, the fan cooling works well, and I haven’t hit the duty cycle limit once. I’ve used it nearly every weekend for car and trailer repairs — the welds come out clean with minimal spatter.The welders run way past its listed duty cycle many times with no issues.

Tig welder: Pros: very capable welder- pre and post gas times, amperages, frequency shapes, 2T and 4T ( two button pushes or 4 button pushes per weld) are all adjustable from the control panel- took the welder to a friend who is a professional welder and he was impressed. Really nice variable foot pedal, grounding clamp was acceptable, torches work and are covered with a cloth burn protector, torches come with plugs for tight space work as well as tubes to hold full size carbide electrodes, each torch comes with collets for three sizes of tungsten. The torches also each have three different sizes of gas cups and 10 extra cups of one size Cons: The switches on the torches are very cheap ( but are not needed if using the nice variable foot pedal), the torches work well but probably need to be treated with care- seemed like they would not take alot of abuse, the second foot pedal ( small and grey in photo) had the wrong connector ( I used the variable foot pedal so I didn't care), the worst problem was the instructions- don't rely on them for learning to use the machine- if you are familiar with tig, you may find some useful technical information in them ( duty cycle, etc.), but don't expect to find settings or setups for various metals. Thoughts: I was able to weld stainless and aluminum- unit does not come with a regulator- I will probably try to add diffusers and larger cups to get better gas coverage, but I am happy with the basic unit and it's functionality.

バイクのマフラーやステー、小物の作成にと思い購入しました。 日本語表示の液晶パネルという事もあり視覚的にわかりやすいのではと購入。 元々、違うTIG溶接機を使っていたのですが、サポートの回答が難解で問題解決には至らず、 ネットで情報検索するも使っている人が少ないのか情報も殆ど集まらず。 四苦八苦しながら使っていましたが、今回購入したANDELIの溶接機は説明書も日本語で 非常に分かりやすかったです。（かなり要約した内容なので細かい部分の記載はありませんが） 付属品も多く設置自体も簡単でした。 使用に際し、分からない事はサポートに連絡するとレスポンス良く回答がきます。 Youtubeにも使用の動画が複数上がっているので、各種パラメーターなど参考になります。 他のレビューでもありますが、本体内部での緩みなど、使用前に点検さえしておけば 問題なく使用できますね。 他の格安溶接機の販売元のように日本語サポートが難しかったり下手すると 問い合わせにも反応が無かったりするのが多い中で、こちらのメーカーに関しては 非常に高いサポートレベルと思えました。 本格的な業務用と比べたら安価な溶接機とはいえ、そこそこ値段の張るものですから ちゃんと使えてアフターもしっかりしている物でなければいけないですが 今の所、ちゃんと溶接できています。溶接、特にアルミ溶接に関しては使用者の練度の問題が大きく 溶接機が勝手に溶接してくれるわけではありませんので機械のせいにしてはいけません。 また、付属品なども多く充実していますが、アルゴンガス、調整機などは事前に用意しておかないといけません。 それと、100V、200V両方で使えますが、単相200Vで使用する場合プラグの形状が国内規格と違うのですが プラグ交換の際に参考になる画像、説明もありますのでこの点も非常に親切と思えます。 ともかく、ACDCでパルスも使えてこの価格なら入門〜実用レベルで十分使えると思いました。 追記：1年ちょっと使ってみました。 ステンレスの溶接は割と簡単に、ある程度は出来るようになりましたが やはりアルミの溶接はかなり難しかったですが、何度もパラメーター調整して感覚と共に練習していって 見た目は悪いですが溶接出来るようになりました。 溶け出しのタイミング、プールの状態を理解できるまでが難しかったですが、 ここが判って来ると以後は練習で感覚を掴んでいけました。 実際、バイクの部品などの製作で溶接をしましたが、今のところ溶接が剥がれたり割れたりはしていません。 でも、やはりただ単に溶接と言っても、素材や厚み、溶加棒の太さや種類など、 確認する情報は必然的に多くなるのでその辺の情報収集、学習は必須になります。 溶接機の性能は十分ですが、それを使いこなす側のスキルも重要ですね。

この価格でAC/DC パルスも使えてアルミ・ステンレス何でも来いなのは凄いです。 単相200Vで十分な出力あるので、アルゴンガスさえ用意出来ればご家庭でもアルミ溶接可能。 ひと昔前には考えられない状況です。 まだまだ修行が必要ですが、良い相棒になってくれそうです。

この価格の溶接機でこれだけの事が出来るなら十分ではないでしょうか。 液晶も見やすく、操作も簡単です。 操作自体は簡単ですが、かなり細かくパラメータを設定できるため溶接の知識がない初心者の場合は何が何やら分からないかもしれません。

当たり前ですがアルゴンガスが要りますあと200v で使うなら単相200v のコンセントプラグも準備しましょう
