1) take 1 month to receive 2) products not send by the seller, was sent directly from china seller 3) The stretch band appears to be made of poor-quality material. Visible stress lines are forming in the bent area, which indicates early cracking. (See the photo) 4) not worth even USD1 for this product.

I have so many other exercise bands at home and was wondering whether it would be worth it to buy this. I tried using the other ones I have that are quite longer to see if I would do the same types of exercise and it just didn't feel right so I went ahead and bought this one. It was a great idea. It is super easy to use great flexibility and I noticed feeling better after using this for even just a few minutes. I keep this in my living room and I use it while watching TV and I've often times taken it to my desk when I work from home and will take a few minutes break between meetings just to stretch out.

This band is really thick and tough, and I wish I had purchased a diff brand, but with extra effort, it can work for back muscle stretching.
