If I could give this a million stars, I 100% would! I've wanted these for years but never tried them until a couple months ago. Let me tell you...! I have pcos and these little supplements have changed my life. The first day on them, I could tell my hormones were being balanced. I was less angry or irritable. More happy. I also noticed much less hunger. Normally I'd wake up starving but on them, I can go the whole day with 1 meal if I wanted. I know my stomach is shrinking because of them. I've lost 20lbs in 1.5 months. Also, it started my period on the 1st week! (I have horribly irregular periods!) This is my 2nd month on them and my period is due in 4 days, im already feeling symptoms of it coming! We actually got these in an effort to ttc and help me ovulate! They are decent size pills but I can get them down fairly easy. There is no taste or smell to them which makes it easier! Whoever made these, I hope both sides of your pillow is always cold 🙏🏼

I will preface this by saying I am not a doctor nor am I one of those holistically healing everything with nature energy and sound baths types of people. So what lead me here was some light online research and some recently published books on reproductive health of women. I could not get an appointment with my primary care physician because they're semi retiring and my health insurance automatically reassigned me to a doctor that has absolutely no manners let alone bedside manners. He thinks he has a crystal ball and can predict every symptom without even asking and dont you dare tell him he's wrong.... So self diagnosed with symptoms of perimenopause and already diagnosed officially with PCOS so not the bestest of combos. I had seen a sudden and extreme change in my periods. I had been heavily bleeding for nearly 3 months when I turned to this medication to see if it would help symptoms while I waited for my appointment. And I cautiously started at 2 pills a day for the first week and immediately saw results! My bleeding was slowing significantly, just a bit of spotting. The following week I felt comfortable enough to use the full dosage 4 pills a day. And lo' and behold! My period has stopped along with my usual severe period cramping and acne breakout symptoms. I did have to add an iron supplement because of the blood loss to recover but my energy is improving and most of my symptoms are completely gone. This worked for me so that's a relief. Totally will continue this regimen and let my new, new doctor know.

absolutely incredible. i just mix it with juice in the morning and it doesn’t change the taste. it’s recommended to take one scoop a day, but for pcos it’s recommended to take 2-4 grams a day. after doing a scoop and a half for a weeks my first cycle came after almost 2 years of nothing! will absolutely buy again

Bought to help manage my pcos symptoms. Since adding to my arsenol of tools, I have seen less scarring from facial hair but note I also use actives in my skin care and laser. It's been a month of use, will need at least 8 weeks to see any significant effectives or improvements.

These are the ones!!! I’ve tried all of the brands, the major ones off brands on here, ones mixed with other vitamins and realized these are 100% myo-inositol and dchiro without any added supplements and figured maybe this would be better plus the price point is amazing! Other ones I was taking I would still get chin hairs and a few acne not rly feeling much of a difference, but with these I immediately noticed my sleeps better, my moods better, my chin hairs are actually literally gone, no acne at all, my periods are regular, and I don’t get horribly bloated anymore! Definitely buy these!! Think about it tbe other ones from other brands have added supplements/ingredients these are straight myo/dchiro-inositol nothing else! These are definitely the answer to all your problems!
