Works as it should

Humidifier worked fine for 11 months, and then my wife came into the room to find several gallons of water on the floor. Obviously something had happened, but I was abruptly told “PRODUCT SUPPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THIS ITEM”. It is less than a year old, and is not a cheap appliance. I am sorely disappointed in Moongiantgo, and Amazon. This will affect my buying decisions for the future.

The product is ok-ish, for the money. They said it would get here in 3 days, it took 2 weeks, from chi-na. It runs ok, makes a bunch of steam.

UPDATE less than 3 months and doesn't work at all! Very disappointed! Spent the extra money to get supposedly a superior unit. We feed it only highly filtered, demineralized water. Unit has had issues since right after the return period ended. Shuts off constantly, and have to remove power which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. It then comes to life after waiting a day or so. It also does not automatically cycle to maintain the humidity setpoint. What unit doesn't automatically cycle. Do NOT buy this unit as you won't be happy with it even when it does function.

My husband has dry skin especially during the winter so we wanted to try a humidifier to see if that helped. It is a good sized humidifier. It holds a lot of water. It is easy to use. It has a fine mist, so you want to make sure that you put it in an area where it wont mist on anything. We also put ours on a large outside mat so the mist would not fall onto the carpet. I can take a towel and wipe up the water when I need to. It is working very well so far. We will be able to tell more now that it is starting to cool down and that is when he has the most issues.

This is a review for the Moongiantgo 25L/6.6Gal Commercial Industrial Humidifier Whole House Humidifier 2000 sq.ft, 3000ML/H Output Cool Mist Humidifiers with 6 Atomizers&3 Mist Modes for Home Office Greenhouse Commercial Use 2 Oct 2025 This looks to be a good quality mist mode humidifier. Everything is working as it should but it is hard to really test it out in the summer. I will report back if I have any issues in the future.
