Good vitamins, taste nasty lol
I have to plug my nose while taking these because the fishy smell makes me gag. However I've physically felt noticeably better after I started taking them. Just got my second bottle.

The omega is not odorless
This is a good multivitamin. Easy to swallow. The omega³ has definite fishy smell though. There was no stomach upset or anything like that. While it is good quality, I can't do the fishy smell :(

Beware use with CKD
I only took this product every other day for 2 weeks, but stopped because of major side effect for my stage 3A kidney disease.. the methylation raised my markers of creatinine from 106 to 122 and plummeted my egrf from 54 down to 46.. I did who do you research this product in depth and never saw any warnings for people with CKD.. just a warning check with your physician before using in case you have any problems with your kidneys

Fishy taste and smell
I couldn't stomach the taste or smell after the first dose. Very stinky and strong fish odor. I tried returning it through Orders, but they only accept returns on items that are damaged through shipping. I used Amazon Chat to resolve the issue, and they gave me a refund.

Strong fish taste and smell
Capsule size is okay, easy to take but has strong fish taste and smell. For the amount of fish oil in the capsule I don't think it's worth it.
