Thing is, first time I ordered by Amazon, they came about 2/3 intact, 1/3 broken. This time it's more like 1/2 and 1/2, as they come in a soft bag, and just the shifting around of things in a big box (tossed about a truck, sorting, etc) is dangerous to their health.I'd tried to find a local store (in NYC) and just pick them up (I'd first tasted these and found them in FL) - but despite the company saying ~ Get thee to a Duane Reade to buy locally, here at least there are aisles of food items, but nearly all are now their house brand, and no hint of these in any store I explored. Ah well.So, I'd give them a solid 5 on the flavor, texture, etc., but think in the future I'd buy from Amazon only as part of a smaller purchase so they are not crushed in transit. I'm going grass-fed & organic meats (no antibiotics, herbicide/pesticide use and no hormones @ grass-fed - all conventional meats, milk products and processed foods on market are loaded with all of the above - plus a specific herbicide, Glyphosate - the primary ingredient of Round Up Herbicide whose use is ubiquitous after farmers, ranchers and feedlot people were assured by Monsanto that Glyphosate won't affect animals, "It only kills plants!". How convenient they all thought, not thinking that the Flora (plant kingdom) in their stomachs and bowels are PLANTS and process about 90% of what we eat, breaking long molecules into to shorter molecules that easily pass through our intestines into our bloodstream. Glyphosate is a powerful antibiotic and kills our friendly Flora. One might eat everything in the refrigerator and starve to death - it won't be processed if no functioning and healthy Gut Biome!Non-processed long molecules "break" through the intestine wall into the bloodstream, which is the famous "leaky gut" and also causes Chron's Disease. With no Gut Biome, people waste away and die.These crackers are perfect for spreading soft goat cheeses, thick goat yogurts, grass fed organ foods like Liver Sausage, Braunsweiger, Pate', etc and are the best tasting non-grain non-gluten crackers I've ever tried. I've been burned many times with expensive "health food" breads/crackers that tasted like sawdust or worse. These are uber crunchy - the only thing in my new diet that is, and very tasty, yet not over overpoweringly so.
