This is a vegan vitamin D pill. It's super tiny and easy to swallow. It contains 1,000 IU of vitamin D per pill (365 of them for a 1-year supply), and this dose should be sufficient for any adult concerned about not getting enough dietary vitamin D or natural vitamin D production from sun exposure. I have had low blood levels of vitamin D for a long time, and D2 never got my levels up, but it was the only vegan version of D that I could access until recently. Vitamin D3 is the version of D that is easy for the body to absorb, so it is recommended over D2, and now that it comes in a vegan form (derived from algae, I believe), it's all I use. My vitamin D levels are no longer a problem. I sometimes take twice the dose in the winter months, but when my D levels are good, I have found the 1,000 IU to be enough.

I've been using these vegan vitamin D capsules for 2 years. The most important thing for me is that it's VEGAN. Another advantag is that the dose can be adjusted since it comes in 1,000 mg pills. Before I purchased 5,000 mg vitamin D and was stuck with half a bottle because I had to lower my dose. Tiny, easy to swallow, pills. Great product!

Unlike synthetic vitamin D3, this is natural and made from algae. Most D3 is synthesized from sheep wool (lanolin oil) with chemical solvents. No thanks. This is great too for vegans, or vegetarians. The cost is comparable to the synthetic varieties. Highly recommend.

These are very tiny so easy to swallow. I've taken these for a long time and my doctor is always very pleased with my Vitamin D level.

First, these are vegan and not made from the grease of sheep's wool. That in itself is a plus for me. I've been taking them since I received and no issues, gastric or otherwise. These are plant based, great if you're a vegan.

The bottle is small and takes up little space for storing a whole years with of tablets.

The pills are so tiny, which can be a good and bad thing - it's easy to swallow but I keep dropping it. Have not been taking this long enough to know the effectiveness of the vitamin.

I've bought this product several times as it is easy to swallow and appears to be of good quality. Vitamin D is an important vitamin, and being vegan this is a good source of D3. In the British climate I'm never sure if I get enough and it's always recommended to take a supplement. I've been taking the tablets daily as suggested but as I don't know if I'm deficient or not I can't say it has made me feel any different. I just hope it is worth the money.

Me parece una muy buena opción por precio y calidad. Tienes para todo un año de tratamiento. Las pastillas son de un tamaño que son muy fáciles de tragar y sin ningún sabor. Lo único que cambiaría es que el bote en el que vienen es de plástico en vez de vidrio.
