This doesn’t work with a Mac so I reached out for assistance, they responded quick & suggested I try to get this done on a Windows PC. They were nice enough to refund me in full & keep the product. I don’t own a Windows PC, so I will see what I can do. I have 5 stars because they were so helpful & understanding. If I get it to work on a Windows PC I will definitely purchase again.

The product appeared to be as advertised with the exception of no software for zeroing included. You were supposed to go online and download it. We attempted to do this many times and from many different things (two different computers, two different I-phones). Being that we have virus protection on all, they would not allow us to go to the web site because it was not a reliable source. Thus the item purchased was a waste unless we can get the step by step instructions for resetting to zero. Not worth returning, plus one of the disposal ink cartridges has been installed.

The product fit perfectly and was very reasonable priced. The website to reset the ink level that was included was in a foreign language and really hard to understand what needed to be done. Too many options came up. Other than that the product worked out for what I needed.
