## Questions & Answers

**Q: how does this compare with the longer version body blade?  Does the shorter (by 8") version work as well?**
A: I have both blades and I use the shorter blade to focus on an area (rehab shoulder), I find the longer one gives a more widespread workout & definitely a heavier feel.

**Q: can anyone tell me why the cxt is more expensive than the longer classic or pro models.**
A: I learned about this system in physical rehab (victim of car crash).  These are much like airplane wings and props; they are properly designed for purpose and body type.  I selected the cxt because it right for my injury (spine, neck, shoulder and connective tissue and muscle). I am 5'3" and my wt is 131 lbs.I also needed this one so that I could master it and not be defeated by it. The change is design may have made the balance requirements challenging and a bit more costly - worth it no matter what.  Sign me - getting stronger every day!

**Q: will this work for 65 year old woman**
A: Yes.  I am older than you by a few years and it works for me.  All the bodyblades work, and I find this to be the easiest for me to use.  You'll geta great workout and you can easily vary the intensity to fit your fitness level.

**Q: I’m 72 and have shoulder pain at times due to arthritis ,I do stretching exercises ,and low weights do you think this  will help if used daily?**
A: Yes, Bodyblade can be helpful for you. Bodyblade was created by a physical therapist to assist his patients in strengthening the muscles around the shoulder joint - improving stability and assisting in joint protection. It can be used daily and performed in coordination with your regular exercise program.
