Excellent supplement
I got this product for my mother in law, how was using a prescription medicine for sleep improvement that is actually prescribed for depression, not sure why the doctor suggested that medication, but I’m a fan a of natural products, so I was looking for a more natural solution for my loves Mother in law and this was the most effective solution, now she sleeps well and with not side effects. I even used for myself when I have sleep issues.

This has been a great combination of herbs and supplements for me. I am sleeping through the night sometimes. It feels natural, no hangover in the morning. Much better than without this formula. And I've been trying many remedies over the years, without improvement in insomnia symptoms, until I found this.

Burning feeling in lungs
I have taken this product 3 times, each time within 1/2 hour my lungs felt a heated, strange feeling. Lasted for about 45 minutes and subsided I must be having an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients I have taken melatonin before without issues
