Really like this product. I've tried over the counter sleep aids before but this one works for me.

Subjective product.
A bit rough on the edges compared to the blue gels I normally use. With these, I feel a bit crappy for at least one hour after awakening, but ideally, my objection is to one day quit having to use any aids to help me sleep which is a tall order by itself. 'Fingers cross'.
