Highly recommended for migraine
I think these are excellent for migraine or any injury which needs cooling therapy. It feels so soft and comfortable to wear, blocks light very well, stays in place and takes no room to store. I think it’s excellent value for money / I bought two!, so easy to use and cools quickly. I can use my fridge or freezer. Much recommended ⭐️

This thing is magic, cool straight out of the packet and stays cool, no need for cooling in fridge. The material feels nice against the skin and fits my large head without pressure, my old one was bulky and had a strange smell, this is everything a migraine cap should be.

Great but not perfect.
My partner suffers with headaches so thought we'd give this a try. Product feels nice and smooth, lovely against the skin. Easy to slip on and off the head, real good quality. The material itself has a cooling effect which helps relieve headache pain but does not completely eliminate them. Great for small reprieves. Overall a good product and worth the money!

Only ok
Doesn't seem to stay cold for long at all. Only seemed to stay cold for about 15 minutes and it's room temp again. Comfy enough and comes in a bag so you can keep it in the fridge or what not without getting crud on it but not great. Says it can also be used in for heat but have not tried this.

Great product
This is one of the most comfortable items I’ve ever purchased. My daughter suffers from migraines and I find her wearing this a lot and she says the cooling effect and weight really help.
