Easy to use
I have used this for 2 months and it has helped me become more regular. I have noted I feel less hungry during the evening ( after meals) I am going to keep using it. Pills are capsules which are easy to swallow.

Not effective!
I'm not sure if this is the same product that everyone is saying... made their heart race or caused diarrhea, but it didn't do anything for me. I actually tried taking 3 pills a day and it never worked. Not sure if it has anything to do with the meds I take, but I will not be purchasing this product again. Too expensive to not be effective!

Gentle on my stomach and easy to take
I’ve been using these probiotics and I really like that they come in capsule form instead of hard tablets. They are much easier on my stomach and I haven’t had any discomfort. So far, I’m very happy with them
