It can and should be stored at room temperature. These should not be refrigerated.

This says dark chocolate in the picture but bittersweet in the description. They make both, and they're different. Which is it?

I dont know the difference between to 2 types,but this choc. is dark,not bitter but definitely not sweet. I thought it tasted good and I dislike milk choc.
