I bought this shampoo and conditioner after using a mint-heavy shampoo that severely irritated my scalp, causing scabs and a lot of dandruff. This CeraVe one calmed my scalp quickly. The irritation and itching went down after the first few washes, and the dandruff started to improve. It doesn’t dry out my hair or weigh it down, which is important because my hair is fine. The smell is medicinal, not like a regular cosmetic shampoo, and it’s not pleasant. However, it is very effective and works fast. If you have a sensitive or damaged scalp, it’s worth it.

I really like this shampoo. It cleans my hair well without making it dry, and after using it, my hair feels soft, smooth, and shiny. The scent is nice and not too strong. Works great for daily use — I would definitely buy it again.

Very very good when I tell you something I don’t talk for fun when speaking facts left my hair soft and smooth it is a thick texture shampoo but it overall did a very good job for a anti dandruff shampoo I love CeraVe products so it’s a win win for me I had dandruff and used it for the first time and after using it I only had specs of dandruff left but mostly gone yes after the first use and by the 2nd wash it was gone when I say gone it was gone no itching or burning feeling towards my scalp whatsoever but everyone is different will definitely buy again if needed I’m a cheap girl so I use a suave shampoo other days other than that if I get dandruff again CeraVe here I come

I only get dandruff issues during winter time. My head became very itchy, dry and with a lot od dandruff. I tried to hydrate my head with coconut oil but it did not work, so I decided to get this product. This product is my lifesaver! My head stopped iching since the first use and the dandruff dissapeared. My hair does not feel dry either. I totally reccomend it.

Absolutely the best shampoo I have used. My hair is about 9 inches long, using slightly above a quarter sized portion removed all dandruff within a few weeks. however, if you are looking for a scent for that "Fresh" smell, I would recommend using a conditioner that has fragrance with it. I have mostly straight hair, and after drying it leaves it very fluffy and light. No irritation at all. It has the scent of glue when in the shower, however that fades after you dry off.
