This is not the first time that we have bought these strips. These have always been bought for a medical doctor and this time too, were bought for use by a medical doctor. He has been a regular user of your glucometer and strip for the last 5 years . However, this time when it was used it, it gave a reading of 156, then 151 for his wife, who is diabetic. Four days earlier her sugar was 122. The doctor himself is a non- diabetic but when he tested his blood, it was 144. Alarmed, their blood samples were sent to the lab the very next day. It came 120 for the diabetic wife and 91 for the doctor. The batch of strips, supplied are defective. Please replace them.
