This mat helps me move her around in the bed comfortably without her having to put in any effort. This morning she fell in the kitchen. I was home alone with her and my six-year-old grandson. My grandson and I were able to take this mat and roll it and roll her over onto it and carry her back to her bed where she was safe. I just received this in the mail yesterday I never imagined I would need it this morning, but I did and it was a lifesaver, seriously.
