With a release of 35 microns and 5 layer, DuPont Teflon® Rock Infinity Series are extremely resistant to corrosion and wear, and 100% free from PFOA. With this fantastic mix of Teflon and Marble coat makes the pans non stick. The Forged Aluminum provides a thick base to evenly distribute heat fast avoiding those annoying hot spots. The Turbo Induction allows direct distribution of heat, minimizing the cooking time and the energy cost of each recipe. They are compatible with all induction hobs on the market. Extra long stainless steel handles with ergonomic grip silicone always maintains smooth and cool touch. They can be used in the oven up to 230 degrees.
