Started taking this December 30th to see if it would help me regulate my period. I’m taken 4 pills a day since the 30th and today is Jan 4th and I’m already spotting to get my period. Note: my last period was in September. I have really bad PCOS so this is definitely a great supplement and will continue to use!! I’ve also been feeling good and my puffiness has gone down already in my face. Will do another review once I finish the bottle!

I am 44 soon to be 45 years old and couldn’t understand why my body would get all out of whack when my cycle would start. I have PCOS and finding products that help with the symptoms and all the fun stuff PCOS brings is difficult since it is not researched deep enough and every woman is different. This product has helped me get my periods back. It's easier on the body than metformin.

Works so well already. My period was weeks late due to PCOS but got my period within 2 days of taking this supplement(2 twice a day). I have trouble taking large pills but these are very easy for me. Definitely worth it!

I would definitely give this 14 in one aN APLUS!!! It is working phenomenally with my body. It has helped to balance my blood pressure and blood sugar. It has helped with cravings. I suffer with brain fog and moodiness with being in menopause. This has been a game changer. I’m s ring it to everyone, that I know and love.

Girl... Do it!! (Insert Palpatine Joke Here) TLDR: At half dose, as a morbidly obese woman with PCOS, I had TWO successful periods in 28 days after a year of NOTHING! This is gonna be lengthy! I was INCREDIBLY hesitant to try this, due to the ashwaganda and berberine. I did search after search and all the research I could stomach. Learning and seeing the two could affect the liver. Bear with me! And for me it may have... My doc and I are trying to rule this out, however! Don't panic! As a TMI: I am nearly 400 lbs, suffer from facial hair growth, irregular periods, and insulin resistance. So a lot of other factors here! Finally, I did it. And THREE days later, at HALF dose, my period came. My LAST period was a YEAR ago, mind you! I sobbed, happy tears over this fact. 28 days later, my period came AGAIN. I am still on half dose, I did blood testing and my AST levels were high, but I also started Zepbound as well. As mentioned before, I am trying to figure out what is going on. My doctor did review this with me and DID NOT have concerns. My hair is getting longer (top of my head LOL), my facial hair is slowing down, and my libido is higher. The pills don't have much of a taste, and I don't get an upset stomach while on the Zepbound with these.
