Just recieved today.Came same day that was listed when I ordered...Packaging was fine just a little heavy.Once I opened it it did have tools and limited instuction inside.You dont really need its common since to put together.The quality of the case is great.It is a bit heavy inside the packaging so imagine once you put your phone inside.I dont have a problem with it itll help me remember my phone lol.I would suggest keeping up with the extra parts incase you decide to take phone out for any reason. I have Samsung 25 ultra and it fits great.Ive never seen a case like this before so the price worth it..Everything seems to work great for me.I dont use fingerprint.I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CASE TO ANYONE WHO WORKS OUTSIDE OR EVEN AROUND WATER.

Awesome case!!!! Definitely worth every cent... i know it states that you can't use biometrics ( fingerprint) but actually you can by removing screen protector that comes with it, easy to remove. And just use screen protector installed on phone itself. Love the design of case, very heavy duty, and people are constantly asking me what kind of phone I have not knowing it's a case.. also the case makes the phone sound louder amplifying the sound making watching videos or movies even better.. (I have s24 ultra).. i definitely recommend

Overall seems sturdy. Assembly is simple but there are some issues, one of which has been made clear by the manufacturer i have the one for the s24 ultra: Since the screws sit flush with the front, the black gets rubbed off The pen area cover rubber is too thin, it never stays put. My last phone case for my old phone had no cover at all for that spot (otterbox), so can't complain. Built-in screen protector has no fingerprint functionality(vendor has stated this), but you can just take it out either with a little heat to break down the glue or something thin to cut the adhesive. These phones have strong enough glass you prolly don't need one, o you can put on an aftermarket one as they fit without issue. Back cover over cameras isn't particularly scratch resistant. But not too big of a deal, and you could always remove it with a little heat or a knife or something. Kickstand simply doesn't work at highest angle, the phone is too heavy and just falls over. Other angles work fine. Wireless charging works just fine, cable port is a little off center, so cables with particularly thick ends might not work. Standard cable that came with phone fit just fine. Buttons work well. No issues there. Cable charge cover fits securely. I have a silvery one, seems fine. No noticeable fading so far. Overall happy with it compared to other options (browsed for a few days). Nice and sturdy, rubber is good, aluminum doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Good value for the money. If the manufacturer made the pen cover thicker I'd have no real complaints. For reference, I got the spigen tempered glass protector, and it fits within the available area.

​I bought this Lunivop "Heavy Duty Metal Phone Case" for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra expecting robust, military-grade protection, but the quality is shockingly poor. ​After only 2 months use, the case started falling apart and separating (see attached photos). The metal frame completely detached from the inner plastic/TPU lining on the side. This clearly shows that the materials and assembly are of very low quality and cannot withstand normal use. It offered zero reliable protection. ​The customer service is even worse. I sent the seller (Lunivop) two separate emails requesting support or a replacement for this obvious manufacturing defect, and I never received any response whatsoever. ​This purchase was a total waste of money due to a defective product and a seller who offers absolutely no support. I strongly advise against buying this case.

This phone gives 100% full phone protection, however it is on the heavy side that's why the 4 stars, for those using the fingerprint option on Samsung it won't work, since I don't use it, for me it's not a problem. This case does serve it's full purpose, it protects the screen the lenses and the phone as a whole, I truly loved the full protection it gives to the camera lenses and the screen, this is not a flimsy case, the case has no effect on picture quality nor the use of flash, with that said the only thing I truly hate is the weight of the phone inside this case, if you have carpal tunnel like I do this case is not for you, I laughed when I thought this could do some serious damage to my face if lands on it when I'm looking through my phone at night, because that's how heavy it is. I'm considering returning because I cannot get used to the brick like weight of it. For a man this is a great case specially for anyone who works outdoors. Update... After considering various other cases I decided to keep this one, I could not find a better protector for my phone than this case, although the weight at 1st was an issue, I've gotten used to it so I decided to keep it, I'd also purchased lens protectors since I was going to be using a different case and this case had no issues with them at all.

Finger print sensor did not work and the flaps where you connect the charger are very thin and cheap. if thats not a issue for this this case would be great for you. It is very sturdy and your phone will definitely be protected.

Weve actually purchased very similar phone cases in the past. This thing is so durable. We havent lost a screw yet and my husband is rough with his phone. Very nice case!

Per ogni nuovo acquisto di un Samsung Ultra, ho sempre anche comprato una custodia heavy duty costruita come questa. Quest'anno, per il mio S25 Ultra, ho comprato la solita custodia costruita in alluminio gomma e vetro dal solito produttore, ma l'impronta digitale non funzionava (mi è molto utile, ho i polpastrelli usurati e quindi difficoltà nello sblocco). Ho provato anche altre marche e tra queste, per fortuna, anche la Lunivo, anche se ormai disperavo di risolvere la cosa. E invece, come per miracolo, tutto funziona benissimo e la qualità è eccezionale. La ricomprerò in futuro. Il peso non è un problema, ho sempre usato custodie rugged e presto mi sono abituato ai grammi in più. Allego il video dello sblocco con le impronte... un miracolo!
