I love this robo vacuum, keeps our home clean

My previous roborock was old, kinda stupid, kept getting stuck but was doing an acceptable job of collecting some dust and pet hair. So, I didn't know what to expect of the saros 10. Just mapping the house - getting into tiny spaces and above ledges without hesitation was a revelation. Didn't get stuck once. I have a compacted space with lots of things. Cleaning performance (both vaccuming and mopping) is crazy in comparison with the older model. Won't replace some manual vacuuming in certain impossible corners, but it's 95% there! Now just wondering about longevity. Let's see The only thing I hope for right now is that store will provide consumables and spares here on amazon.ae, not feeling like exploring Aliexpress for that

The Product Issues: I purchased the Saros 10 on 28 May 2025, and by mid-March 2026, it began experiencing major hardware failures: Error 61 (LDS Sensor): The vacuum lowers the sensor but cannot raise it back up. It makes a loud grinding noise and completely stops mid-session. Docking Station Failure: The "auto-empty" feature is now useless. There is a massive delay before it starts, and the suction is so weak that it fails to empty the dust bin. I have to clean it manually every single time. The Support Experience: I reported these issues on 27 March 2026. Despite being under warranty, Roborock has refused to repair the unit. Instead, they offered a 55% refund. For a premium robot vacuum to fail in less than a year is bad enough, but for the company to expect the customer to eat 45% of the cost for a defective product is unacceptable. They are essentially walking away from their warranty obligations. Verdict: The "automation" features on this model are clearly not built to last, and the company’s warranty is a facade. I now have an expensive machine that can’t navigate or empty itself.

I had the S8 max v ultra and developed issues with tank emptying. I had a smooth return within the warranty period thanks to amazon and seller. I got the saros 10 and am so happy with the device. Spotless cleaning and hassle free. However this is supposed to go under furniture but i don't see it going under though. A good buy and I recommend getting it.

I do not recommended to buy this version of Roborock, I gave a chance despite of some issues that was described in reviews and it was wrong decision. In less then a week side brush stopped working( due to quality of cleaning I think it was not working from the very beginning, but message I started to receive later). Now I am talking with support to figure out what to do next and it seems that it couldn’t be solved on my own… totally disappointment

Product was working fine until all of a sudden Robot gave an error "Unable to communicate with Dock, please clean the sensor" I reported this to [email protected] (with pics/videos) and connected with seller also where they suggested to follow troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue which did not work after several attempts. Eventually I am returning this product and will be issued a refund. Since I purchased this product with promotional offer and new price is much higher, Amazon gave an option to get the difference in gift card which is not a small amount, I mean how you would prefer getting a gift card worth AED 1500 where getting it deducted on a purchase price is more preferable and obvious option. This disappoints where a Buyer is ok to purchase the product again but due to policies/ troubleshooting end user is left helpless.

I bought Saros 10 back in February 2025, right when it came out with no reviews. But, after seven months, the side brush got stuck with clicking noises. The vacuum still cleans well, but I'd suggest getting rotating pads instead of vibrating ones, since they mop better in my other vacuum. (Yes I replaced Saros 10 with new different brand)

I bought this item before 1 month , and now it’s not working it says “communication faild”. I tried to contact the brand but with no response. ( waste of money) awful experience !

Très bon produit, performant, intuitif, le niveau de bruit est plus qu'acceptable,je recommande.

My Dreame L10 ultra stopped working after 3 years. I was happy with it and almost ordered another Dreame, but based on online reviews went with Roborock Curv....very happy I did. Much better suction and the app is much better than the Dreame app....although expensive it's a well made and quality product and I am very happy with it

No tenía muy claro si el robot iba a ser efectivo, ya que tenemos perros y varios gatos de pelo largo. Mi anterior robot no pudo con ellos, los pelos se enredaban en las ruedas y en los cepillos, impidiéndole avanzar. Pero en 15 años han evolucionado mucho, los cepillos llevan unas cuchillas incorporadas que hacen que no sea un problema. El robot en sí funciona de maravilla, friega bien y aspira con potencia más que suficiente, detecta e identifica a todas nuestras mascotas y todo tipo de muebles y obstáculos. Las mopas y el cepillo lateral extensibles permiten llegar a esquinas a las que antes no era posibleLa aplicación es muy completa, con muchísimas opciones, aunque las tareas básicas se las puedes indicar con la voz. Por último, el mantenimiento es muy sencillo, filtros y bolsas y cepillos son muy fáciles de limpiar.

Der Roborock Qrevo CurvX hat meine Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Die Saugkraft ist beeindruckend und selbst hartnäckiger Schmutz wird gründlich entfernt. Besonders gefallen mir das Ultraslim-Design und die Reactive AI-Hinderniserkennung – der Roboter navigiert sauber und bleibt nirgendwo hängen. Das Highlight ist für mich jedoch die Wischfunktion mit anhebbarem Wischmopp. Die Böden werden sichtbar sauberer und das Gerät hebt den Mopp automatisch an, sobald es auf Teppich trifft. Super praktisch! Auch die App-Steuerung ist intuitiv und unkompliziert. Einrichtung verlief ohne Probleme. Die Lautstärke ist angenehm niedrig und der Roboter arbeitet zuverlässig, selbst mehrere Räume am Stück. Fazit: Ein hochwertiger Saug- und Wischroboter, der den Alltag spürbar erleichtert. Ich kann diesen Artikel definitiv empfehlen!

La mia Jack Russell perde tanto pelo quanto è meravigliosa, ed è davvero tanto stupenda :) Avevo bisogno di trovare una soluzione comoda per la pulizia quotidiana, e avendo già usato Roborock in passato, ho deciso di scegliere un loro robot aspirapolvere. La prima cosa che mi ha stupito è la sua potenza. Non scherzo quando dico che tira su di tutto, anche dai tappeti dove i peli del mio cane sembrano incastrarsi per dispetto. La spazzola anti-groviglio è veramente efficace e per ora non ho avuto nessun problema di capelli o peli attorcigliati. Ma la vera svolta per me, che ho poco spazio sotto i mobili e il divano, è il suo design sottile. Finalmente non vedo più gli accumuli di polvere in quei punti difficili, perché il robottino ci si infila senza problemi. Eccezionale anche la funzione lavaggio, che non si limita a bagnare il pavimento, ma lo pulisce realmente. Altra cosa non da poco è che il robot è veramente pet-friendly: riconosce la mia cagnolina, le gira al largo per non spaventarla e grazie alla telecamera integrata posso controllarla quando sono fuori casa. E poi c'è la base, che fa tutto da sola: svuota la polvere, lava e asciuga i panni del robot... io mi limito ad avviare la pulizia col comando vocale. È un robot premium con un prezzo premium, non c'è dubbio, ma per il tempo che mi fa risparmiare e per la pulizia profonda che riesce a garantire, vale assolutamente la spesa. Consigliatissimo.
