I originally purchased this vibration plate for my neurodivergent kids, who often seek sensory input for regulation and it’s been such a helpful tool. They absolutely love it and use it daily as part of their sensory routine. Over time, I realized I could also incorporate it into my own wellness practices, especially to help with lymphatic drainage, and it’s been effective in that area as well. While I haven’t used it specifically for weight loss, I can confidently say it delivers on the other benefits it promises. It helps my kids stay calm and regulated, and I’ve noticed improved circulation and overall relaxation after using it myself. The machine feels sturdy and well-built. We’ve had it for several months now, and even with four to five people in the household using it daily, it’s held up without any mechanical issues. The only thing that we don't use is the Bluetooth capability, which allows us to use the speaker, because the quality of sounds that comes from it is not great. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it considering how much use and benefit we get from it. It’s a good example of a product that serves multiple purposes for both family wellness and sensory support.

The machine has worked flawless for several months now. The customer support from the seller is awesome. I have a word of caution to those who haven't worked out for a while. I'm one of those who hasn't worked out for some time. So me being me, I jumped right in and the first time I used the machine, I went for 10 minute workout. OH MY GOODNESS! I was sore for over a week. Seriously sore! So Please, start out slowly. I recommend to start with one minute and then build from there. So after I could walk again, I started slowly. I'm at 5 minutes now and I really enjoy the effects. I have it under my desk so all I have to do is get the remote and away I go. The unit seems to be very well made. I'm 6'3"and 290 lbs. Take that for what it's worth. I have recommended this unit to friends and family. Again, a word of caution! SLOW STARTING OUT! I would definitely buy again.

I have a connective tissue disorder and get awful knots in my shoulders and slipped ribs. I go to PT every 3 weeks for that but was wanting something for the in between. I was curious about vibration plates for general health and decided to try it about. Now that standing is a little much for me, and even on the lowest setting this thing is very powerful (I kinda wish there was even lower options to be honest). But for my shoulder pain it has been a miracle. I get on all fours and lean onto it with my forearms. I then will also position myself to put my upper back directly on it. The vibrations through my shoulders/upper back really loosen all the knots instantly, helping to prevent tension headaches. My only gripe is that the touch keypad is SO sensitive - if you are sitting on it etc and any part of your body lightly touches any part of the large keypad it just turns off. So annoying it really shouldn’t be so sensitive or should have a lock option for when it’s on. Oh and the only other funny thing is the instructions say it should be 7 feet from any objects/walls but the chord isn’t nearly long enough for that. It was fine though having it by the wall. Anyways great quality - very well made, sturdy but fairly light compared to the other ones I’ve researched which is nice, little suction pads on the bottom so it doesn’t slip around

I ordered 2 kinds, one for my mom w a handle bar stand and myself w out one (this one I’m reviewing). I started out using it on low for 10 min after my morning coffee. I either put on prayer/or meditation music and it’s a nice little wake up shaker lol This past week I started using the arm attachments for arm exercises. 3 days later, I feel my upper arms burning lol It motivates me more than anything now. I have energy after I use it and gets my butt moving for the day. I still only use it 10/min on low no matter if its just w prayer or exercise. I def see me upping intensity on it. It’s very stable to stand on, but I still place it facing the wall so I can stretch against it or incase I lose balance. Design is nice. My mom who is 70 and has knee, hip, and back issues did not like using hers. I don’t know if she used it right (or even tried it lol) but I couldn’t think of an easier way to get her moving. She didn't want a walking pad so I thought babysteps with this. I don’t think she even opened her manual to see the different ways you can use it. Because it shows sitting in a chair with feet placed on it can help your legs. Idk, I’m almost 50 and far from perfect shape, but this machine has me motivated and I love mine. I believe it’s worth a REAL try. I’ll update my progress later:)

Overall this is a great vibration plate for the price but there are some frustrating things. The biggest one is the touch screen pad on the top - it’s very hard to do a lot of the stretches on the plate without touching the pad and it immediately turning off. It limits what you can do. The other is the remote - great option to have but only 3-4 of the buttons work. None of these are deal breakers, but something to consider depending on what features are important to you.
