Between the pictures that show how to use the product is sufficient enough to figure out how to use this. I just don’t feel safe enough to try it because I can’t really be sure... side effects, how long.. so that’s the the only reason for 2 Stars. I have used other products from this company with English instructions and loved that product.UPDATE: It took awhile but I translated the instructions!Basically to a spot check with one of the tube. (it will reclose) you can try it on your inner arm or some place sensitve. wait and see if you get an itchy rash. if you do not then go ahead and use the tube. for Yeast you can use it nightly for five days. If you have ocassional irritations you can use once or up to evey three days. I found the instruction on the side of the box so double check it with the translation thing on the internet.
