Tasty and a decent amount in each bag
I’m not sure if these enriched my milk supply but they taste quite nice. I don’t have the time to make them myself and they’re a good snack while I’m breast feeding my little one. There’s a decent amount in each bag

I think they work!
I needed something to help with my milk supply.. and I feel this is helping! Maybe mind over matter.. which is why I have given it 4 stars But on a plus they taste really good!!
